So… George Ritzer hits the nail on the head about Disneyworld being an all encompassing world in which people feel at home and safe. Disney is not just a man, or a place, or a corporation. Disney is a culture. I am a huge fan of Disneyworld. 2 summers ago my family went on a Disneyworld vacation. You are probably thinking… oh she must have younger borthers and sisters. NOPE… I am the baby. My siblings range from 22-33. But I do have nieces and nephews. The sad thing is I think I had the most fun of them all. My sister told me that I was too old to get an autograph book to have the characters sign…. I told her to … well you get it! My 4 year old niece and I had the time of our lives. I really do believe that Disney is the “Happiest Place on Earth.”
