The Rise of the Creative Class

Why cities without gays and rock bands are losing economic development race.

Richard Florida’s theory received so mch favorable attention because someone is finally coming out and saying what everyone thinks. Gay people have always and will always be the most creative of the classes. Why this is? Why is the sky blue? That is just the way things go. By not having this class of people around the economic development race is at a huge loss.
